Home ↗PRIVACY & YOUR DATA

Privacy belongs in the learning experience.

This policy explains what the current Polaris experience stores and how you control it. Updated October 17, 2026.

Scope

This policy covers the Polaris Global Institute introductory website and browser-based learning preview. This version does not create accounts, collect payments, or accept personal file uploads.

Progress and notes

Chosen introductions, last lesson, completion, and notes are stored in your browser’s local storage under polaris_study_v1. The application does not send these notes to a Polaris server. There is no cross-device synchronization.

Language preference

Switching Arabic and English may store your choice in a cookie called polaris_language. You can remove cookies and site data in browser settings.

Hosting and external links

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical data such as network addresses, browser information, and page requests to deliver and protect the website. We currently add no advertising or behavioral analytics tools. External websites and email services have their own policies.

Email correspondence

A contact link opens your email application. Nothing is sent automatically. We use information you choose to send to answer and follow up on your enquiry. The email provider may retain correspondence under its services and policies. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

Control and deletion

Download notes or clear learning data from Data & privacy in the learner workspace, or delete site data in your browser. We cannot recover deleted local notes. For a request about correspondence, contact us and describe your request.

Updates

We will update this page when data practices change and before enabling services such as accounts or payments. The date above identifies the latest update.
